First, I want to thank Mango Pool & Spa for making our dream a reality.  Working with Johan and his team was one of the best decisions we made.
From beginning to end Mango was a delight to work with.  We were getting time estimates up to 2 months for complete install.  Not with Mango - 2 1/2 to 3 weeks!  And they delivered!  Everything Johan outlined happened and was completed.  No hiccups...no bait and switch!  Simple...straight forward and 100% trustworthy!
Even after the work is done Johan is someone you can reach out to and ask questions or for assistance!  He stands behind his word!

For almost two years, we kept saying, “Next year we’ll finally build the pool,” but we always ended up putting it off. Honestly, we were more concerned about the construction process than the cost. We’ve all heard stories about people starting a pool project and having their backyard under construction for months.
We got quotes from several companies before making a decision. When Johan from Mango Pool & Spa came to our home, he took the time to look at the space, take measurements, and explain how the entire process would work. He was very clear about the permits, what could realistically be done on our property, and the costs from the beginning. We never felt like he was simply trying to sell us a pool. We felt like he genuinely knew what he was doing and wanted us to fully understand the project before getting started.
In the end, we got exactly the pool we wanted, with a design that made great use of the space in our backyard. Something else that gave us a lot of confidence was that during the very first visit, Johan noticed a significant slope in our yard and explained how it needed to be taken into consideration when designing and building the pool. Identifying that from the beginning helped prevent surprises later on. Mango Pool & Spa also handled the entire permitting process with the city, which was a huge relief for us. They prepared and handled everything that was needed and kept us informed throughout the process.
During construction, there were a few days when the weather didn’t cooperate and the schedule had to be adjusted, which we understood was part of the process. What we really appreciated was the communication. Johan always kept us informed about what was happening, what the next step would be, and when work would resume. We never felt like we had to chase anyone down to find out what was going on with our pool, and that made a big difference for us.
Something else we’ve really appreciated is that the service didn’t end once the pool was finished. Johan still stays in touch with us, checks in to make sure everything is working properly and that the pool is doing well, and if we ever have a question, we know we can reach out to him. You can tell that for them it’s not just about building a pool and moving on to the next project. They continue to care about their customers even after the job is complete.
Today, we’re very happy with the decision we made and, most importantly, we’re really enjoying our pool. After going through the entire process, we can honestly say we would choose Mango Pool & Spa again. We have been customers Mango Pools for several years, and we are very happy with the their pool cleaning and maintenance services. They are reliable, professional, always do a thorough job, and have never had any problems. Our pool looks clean and well-maintained after every weekly visit, and they are easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions or concerns. What we like best is that they provide us with weekly Pool Service Reports with photographs and after every filter cleaning they send us videos of before and after. We couldn’t be happier with Mango Pool & Spa. They didn’t just build us an incredible pool—they also designed and built our outdoor kitchen and continue to keep everything looking perfect with their weekly pool service.

First I want to say that my experience with Mango pool and spa has far surpass my expectations. My pool and spa was done in under 6 weeks. Yohan, the owner, is very good with communication and says call me anytime and he means that. Every contractor that he has was good even for the landscaping.  He has made my EVERY dream come true...and I want to be in my back yard. If you are hesitant just call and he will talk to you. I will refer all my friends and neighbors!
